These guys were a life saver ! I got my phone Fixed a bunch of times in Florida and they always used cheap screens that didn’t last even a month. These guys use better quality screens that did cost a little more but clearly well worth! Noticeable difference and really informative guys. Super friendly and fair. The back of my phones broken and when i have More time I’ll def come back to this kiosk. Don’t sleep on them!

My brother brought me here from Franklin park to get our son’s phone fixed and get new cases and screen protectors and cases for our iPhones. We got iPhone 16 pro cases and screen protectors. We got privacy screen protectors. I got a beautiful custom case made for my family. It was amazing and I really appreciate the case and everything they did for me. My son got his phone fixed quickly and affordable by The Fix kiosk and Apple was not willing to help. I really appreciated the professionalism and how hard they tried to help and they actually were able to help. Thank you again David.

This is the best place in the mall. I work here and anyone who works here knows this is the only spot you are supposed to go to for phone repair. I also got this awesome tempered glass and case which I’m really excited about. David and his team were so attentive and helpful. They really brightened my day. David was very nice to me and helped me get a new case and screen protector. Came from Somerville. I also work in the mall and everyone here always comes to this kiosk don’t go nowhere else!
